3. User Obligations

• You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.
• You agree not to use the Application in any way that could damage the Application, the Services, or the general business of BleuPlayer Pro.
• Content: BleuPlayer Pro is a media player only. No content, playlists, or streams are provided. You are solely responsible for the content you view.

4. License Key Usage

License keys purchased are for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or publicly distributing your license key is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BleuPlayer Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
